Product Description

White porcelain tea set is a type of porcelain with dense and transparent body, high glaze and ceramic firing, no water absorption, clear and long-lasting sound.
Kilns with a temperature below 1200 degrees belong to low temperatures, 1200 degrees belong to medium temperatures, and 1300 to 1350 degrees belong to high temperatures. Most of the vases on the market are medium temperature ones.
Due to its pure white color, it can reflect the color of the tea soup, with moderate heat transfer and insulation properties. In addition, it is colorful and has various shapes, making it a treasure among tea drinking vessels. As early as the Tang Dynasty, the white porcelain utensils produced in Xingyao, Hebei were universally used regardless of their status. During the Tang Dynasty, Bai Juyi wrote a poem praising the white porcelain tea bowls produced in Dayi, Sichuan. In the Yuan Dynasty, white porcelain tea sets from Jingdezhen, Jiangxi had already been exported abroad. Nowadays, white porcelain tea set have a completely new look. This white glazed tea set is suitable for brewing various types of tea leaves. In addition, white porcelain tea sets have exquisite shapes and elegant decorations. Their outer walls are often painted with mountains, rivers, flowers and plants of all seasons, birds and animals, human stories, or adorned with calligraphy by famous people. They also have great artistic appreciation value, so they are the most commonly used.
As we all know, it is porcelain clay or white cosmetic clay. The embryo formed by them is already white. As long as it is highly refined, no other colored clay should be added. In addition, the iron content inside should be controlled at less than 1%. When firing, it can be done in an anaerobic state to prevent the iron inside from oxidizing and producing other colors. Then, a transparent and colorless glaze is applied on the outside. This is what white porcelain is, and it is also the mainstream standard white porcelain that we commonly see.
The history of Chinese white porcelain can be traced back to the Eastern Han Dynasty. Through archaeological excavations, it has been confirmed that objects like white porcelain were found in a tomb during the Northern Qi Dynasty in 575 AD. By the Sui Dynasty, this craft had become quite mature. Through observation, we found that the Sui Dynasty in the ancient tomb of the fourth year of the Sui Dynasty's Daye era was already of standard quality, with a smooth glaze and obvious white porcelain.
During the Song and Yuan dynasties, it was an important milestone in the development of white porcelain. After the Yuan dynasty, white porcelain was mainly produced in Jingdezhen, while the Xing and Ding kilns in the north gradually ceased production. In the Yuan dynasty, Jingdezhen fired a new type of white porcelain based on blue and white porcelain. This type of white porcelain had a transparent glaze color, a white warm blue color, a transparent appearance, and a warm jade like texture. Therefore, it was also known as egg white glaze. The successful firing of this egg white glazed porcelain further promoted the birth of sweet white porcelain during the Ming Yongle period. Many of the sweet white porcelain products were thin enough to be semi detached, and the surface of the thin embryo carved with dark patterns was coated with a warm and jade like white glaze, giving people a warm feeling. A gentle and peaceful feeling. Sweet white glaze is extremely smooth and can reflect human shadows, also known as onion root white. It has always been praised as "white as condensed fat, pure as snow" and is also known as the pinnacle achievement in the history of white porcelain, which continues to this day.
